Lavender
For hundreds of years, lavender has been valued for its soothing properties. Even its scent relaxes and makes it easier to fall sleep. Lavender oil can be added to the bath or gently sprayed on your bedsheets. This will help you to wind down before bedtime.

Passion flower
Passion flower is especially recommended for people with panic attacks. It has a calming and antidepressant effect. What’s more, it is often used in the treatment of asthma. But keep in mind in some people passion flower may cause undesirable side effects such as dizziness, nausea and headaches.

Valerian
Valerian is another herb often used in periods of increased stress. It allows you to relax and fall asleep easier. It also alleviates anxiety and helps in eating disorders induced by stress.

Lemon balm
