How does a trigger sprayer work?
An innovative solution does not have to be complicated when it comes to the construction and operation of the mechanism. The liquid applied to the outside is supplied by a small pump, which is activated by the lever of the applicator, which is pressed several times with the finger of the hand. The pump is attached to a plastic tube that draws the product from the inside of the bottle.
There is also a small spring in the center of the trigger guard to help pressurize the fluid as the trigger moves backward. The mobile piston presses against a spring so that when the trigger is released, the piston is pulled out of the seal clearance. The movement of the piston causes the pump to run smoothly. The fluid from the inside of the bottle only moves in one direction - outward.
